Ford U Bonus Cash

College graduation is a significant milestone. To reward this accomplishment, Ford has a College Student Purchase Program. Current college students and recent graduates are eligible for a $1,000 bonus cash incentive through Ford Credit when purchasing a new Ford vehicle ($500 on lease).

There are only a few simple steps to get a new Ford:

Step One: Choose a new Ford online or at the dealership
Step Two: Provide a copy of your diploma or a transcript, showing that you have either graduated or will graduate between January 3, 2019 and January 3, 2022. It is required that students complete all graduation requirements to qualify when using an anticipated graduation date.
Step Three: Submit proof of employment or an employment offer
Step Four: Complete a finance application
Step Five: Drive off in your brand new Ford!

ELIGIBILITY:

The College Student Purchase Program, effective February 3, 2021, is for ALL full-time and part-time college students (freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors), recent college or trade school graduates and current graduate school students (within 3 years of graduation). The Ford College Student Purchase Program provides eligible college students and recent graduates with bonus cash, plus great rates through Ford Credit when they purchase or lease a new vehicle.

  • Eligible student categories:
      • Active College/Trade School Students: student is enrolled full-time OR half-time based on the specifications of an accredited Four-Year College/University, junior college, community college, or trade school that the student is attending
      • Active College Graduates: student has graduated and is within 3 years from their graduation date
      • High School Seniors or Recent High School graduates with a letter of intent to attend a qualified university: student must have completed all requirements for graduation to qualify using an anticipated or future graduation date, and can provide letter of intent to attend a qualified university
      • College Student Internships Participants, Trade School Apprenticeships and Medical Student Residencies now qualify with the following restrictions: student has attended or will attend college classes again between May 1, 2020 and February 3, 2022
  • Not Eligible student categories:
    • Those students enrolled in less than half time based on the specifications of an accredited College/University/Trade School
    • One-course completion certificates
    • On-the-job training courses (i.e. sales training, teaching certificates professional designations and adult education courses)
    • English as a second language courses do not qualify
  • Offer is valid for the purchase or lease of a new eligible Ford Division vehicle. Limit one Bonus Cash offer per vehicle purchased or leased.
  • Qualifying buyers will receive Bonus Cash good toward the purchase or lease of any eligible new vehicle
  • Final Paid vehicles are NOT eligible
