Took my stepdaughter in a month ago and got her into a new car. She had negative equity in her old car and given the circumstances she just needed out of it. So, the sales manager Pedro assisted with the sales person to make the deal as painless as he possibly could. I assured him that I would buy next new truck from him and kept that promise. In and out in approximately 2 1/2 hours. Easy breezy

Nidia is awesome. She was prompt in helping. Super informational about every vehicle she showed us. A very go to sales person!Edit: My sun visor broke the day after I bought the vehicle. I bought the car as is so I bought the visor and called gullo to see if they would put the new visor on. After telling her what happened she walked to the service center to ask them if they would be able to put it on and they said yes and to bring my vehicle up there on Saturday. I drive to Conroe just for the service center to tell me they don't feel "comfortable" putting the visor on. It would've been nice and professional if I was told that before driving over there. Very unprofessional and I will never go back.
