"Had recently sold my truck to an individual and needed a new ride. The last dealership we visited that day and had just left what probably would have been our purchase at another dealer down the road, but we did our due diligence and went to Gullo Ford after inquiring via the internet about a 2025 Bronco Sport Big Ben that they had on sale with 2900 miles on it. We met with our Gullo salesman and he had the Bronco pulled up and ready for a test-drive when we arrived. After a nice test-drive on the highway we made an offer and with one trip to the sales manager's office we had a deal. Under 2 hours in and out the door which is just how we like it. No games played here, just straight talk and a fair deal for all."

"Had a wonderful experience at Gullo Ford of Conroe. Met with our salesperson, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without any pressure. He was very responsive and personable through the whole process. After purchase, I found some mechanical issues with my truck and the service advisor in the service department was extremely helpful getting the right folks on it for proper troubleshooting and repairs. Throughout the whole time in the shop, our service advisor was very responsive, informative, and pleasant to work with. Thank you all at Gullo Ford of Conroe for making this experience amazing and I'm glad to have done business with y'all."

"My wife and I never enjoy the car shopping experiences. Finding that perfect car, sometimes dealing with pushy sales people, and then encountering the unknown once making it to finance. This experience was completely different. After submitting a question online and receiving a phone call from our salesperson, who generously took photos of the car and answered a multitude of questions for us, we made the hour-plus drive to Conroe. He wasn't your stereotypical car salesman and took time to answer our questions and entertain our doubts and concerns with care. This purchase was for my wife, and what we always run into with salespeople is their primary focus on me, rather than giving her the attention to her. It's ultimately her decision, so all focus should be on her. Our salesperson did that without skipping a beat, and he made the decision comfortable and put her at ease. Finance through the dealership was coming back at a higher rate than what our bank was offering, but after finding other paths, the finance manager was able to find a bank that came back below our own. All in all, we enjoyed the experience, and my wife loves her car."

"I recently took my 2022 Ford Escape to Gullo Ford of Conroe, TX., a crazy issue with my steering. After diagnostics, it was determined Ford had no record of anyone experiencing the same steering issue, and Ford determined that I needed to replace my entire steering column. The cost was much more than I expected, and much more than I could afford. However, if it were not for the exhaustive, determined focus of the assistant service manager, I would not be able to get this fixed because I could not have afforded the cost. He hammered the 3rd party warranty company numerous times, and had them come out twice to ensure they fully understood the problem so they would pay for it, and they did, 80%. I am truly grateful for this fantastic team at Gullo Ford of Conroe, and will continue to service my car there, and do any repairs. Also, one more thing to mention, is the assistant service manager kept me updated 2 to 3 times per day, just to communicate status, of which I very much appreciated, he never left me hanging."

"I recently brought my 2023 Bronco to Gullo Ford of Conroe for a few warranty repairs, and I want to give a big shoutout to the service technician for his excellent service. The service technician made sure everything was handled quickly and correctly, they replaced my cracked hard top, fixed the wireless charger, and resolved a system glitch I'd been dealing with. He kept me updated throughout the process and made the whole experience stress-free. My Bronco is back in perfect condition thanks to the service technician and the Gullo service team. "I recently left my Expedition with Gullo Ford because the check engine light was on. My service advisor was upfront with me and let me know it could take up to 48 hours for them to get the vehicle analyzed to diagnose the problem. Within the next day the service advisor called me and said they figured out the problem and it was completely covered under warranty - I was thrilled. I didn't have a ride to pick up my vehicle but the service advisor quickly offered their free vehicle delivery service. WHAT??? I said - I have never heard of a dealership doing this. The driver and the service advisor were completely professional, friendly and 100% customer focused and it was the BEST experience ever. Thank you Gullo Ford. We are thrilled we brought our vehicle to you for service and will keep coming back with this kind of service and customer focus. "I called Gullo Ford Service about my 2022 F-150 when my back passenger side window decided not to work. Gullo Ford was able to schedule me with a Ford Technician the following morning. The service advisor was very polite and attentive. In addition to the window issue, I mentioned that all of the 120v outlets have never worked. The service advisor said they would investigate it. Within minutes the service advisor had my information and keys and had arranged a shuttle to take me back home 18 miles away. I was expecting all of my F-150 issues to take a few days to address and fix, but the service advisor said that all issues were taken care of that same day. The following morning I picked up my F-150 with only having to pay my deductible on my extended warranty. Upon getting my F-150 home and going over the receipt and all that was done, I was extremely impressed with the quality and speed of work done by the Ford Technician in getting all the 120v outlets online along with the window issue and factory recalls."
