Entire experience wasn’t terrible. But once the salesman knew I was buying the truck I was then being rushed through everything and treated poorly. Seemed to forget about me and move on to the next sale. Couldn’t even finish handling my stuff before working with another client.

Despite being accompanied by my wife and son, from the beginning, his attitude was rude and unprofessional. The most worrying thing was the discriminatory treatment I received, clearly based on my US Citizen Hispanic origin. His comments and attitude reflected unacceptable racism, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. No one should be treated that way, especially in a place where they are supposed to provide good customer service. It is unacceptable that in the 21st century, these types of situations continue to occur. ...

Had service done years ago and had a great experience so looked at them for a new car. Ali helped me with this purchase and is the best Rep I've had, and I have purchased many vehicles. Had a slight issue with the vehicle but they went the extra mile to resolve it with no hassles. Ali and the service team were outstanding! Process was simple with him from start to finish!

I have been buying from Gullo for around 40 years now and my kids all now buy from them too. They have always treated us right and been very easy to deal with in all departments and they don’t make you play the usual games like a lot of dealers put you through when trading in your car. Brought my truck in for rough riding and stalling intermittently and they guessed it could be spark plugs. Had them replaced and less than a week later my truck broke down on side of road. Mobile mechanic came to me and showed me where they broke the air hose/vacuum and SUPERGLUED IT BACK ON. It is broken and pictures of the superglue around the hose where broken were provided. Ford dropped prices for extended warranty and service agreement over a week after we bought our vehicle. Gullo called us to sign new paperwork lowering our cost to reflect this price cut. Cool for them. Great people to work with. No added on paint protection crap or any of that nonsense. Refreshing.

Drove 1.5hrs to come look at a truck that was listed on their website. Salesman (Aaron) couldn’t show up on time so I got passed to someone else. Went out to look at the truck, and found out the information was inaccurate and listing had the wrong pictures. I set an appointment 2 days prior, apparently no one verifies their information. Thank you so much for wasting my time and fuel. I would avoid this place.

I like that this is a family owned dealership, Unlike (A.N.) and other mega auto group, I feel our business is far more appreciated. I might be a bit biased (great place to work). But being a former employee helped me determine where to purchase 2 vehicles in 3yrs. I still have the 21 F150 and really enjoy the capabilities it offers. I still needed a trail capable vehicle…enter the Bronco!.

My 2022 F150 had a check engine light with a code related to the Catalytic Converter. I arrived (without an appointment) at Gullo Ford Monday Morning. I was greeted by Waseem Elh elou. Waseem said that without an appointment the wait would be 24 to 48 hours before my truck could be inspected and diagnosed. As I had no ride, and my wife was recovering from surgery I would have had to call an Uber. Waseem said that they would be happy to take me home (22 miles west of Conroe) and that would be fine. I received a text from Waseem on Wednesday ...

David Wachner kept me informed all the way while my truck was being worked on. The technicians did a great job repairing my steering Column and the other wore out steering parts. It now drives like it did the day I bought it back in 9/2001. Great job guys.
