On 30 April 2026, I took my Ford Explorer in to Gullo Ford Service for yet another engine warning light. Gullo Ford said they fixed my car as well as performed a Works Package Multi Point Inspection that included inspecting the brakes. The next day while driving to San Antonio my front right wheel startled a violently shaking, metal on metal noises, wheel locking up. The way they block off the driving lanes to their cars made it impossible for this elderly disabled person to shop cars. (Loss of one gold star.) Gullo, either buy a host of golf carts for shoppers to use or move the cars blocking the lanes. Some of us want to shop a new ride without the constant supervision of a sales rep hovering over us. And some of us can't walk the miles upon miles of lanes between the absolutely huge stock of very fine vehicles. 😁

Excellent experience. Rafi was a no pressure salesman who answered our questions. The F150 we purchased was prepared and ready for acceptance when we showed up. Paperwork and other adminsitrative actions completed quickly and fully. Rafi did a great job of walking us through all major functions on the truk and identified the aftermarket add-ons that were included - wheel / tailgate lock, Gullo service additions, etc. Lastly, the price of the truck was a good value. Friendly people. I have been shopping there for 30 years or so. They had somewhat of a limited selection of 2025 models but we were able to make a deal on one from their stock.

The entire process was smooth and painless. They like many dealerships have a mandatory add on, but its not that bad. Plan on about $650. This compared to thousands of dollars at other dealerships. We are very happy with the new F450 Platinum.

Gullo always has the family feel to it. The team members work together well, and I wasn't bombarded by several layers of management, trying to "close the deal" but rather a knowledgeable sales rep and one direct manager to help me find the truck I actually needed.
As a long time Ford girl owning 7 Fords to date, it is sad to report such an awful experience with a dealer service that I am now looking to buy a different make of vehicle and referring people away from Gullo Ford. The dealership has always been fantastic. l have been a Ford man for most of my life, but I have also owned a Chevy, a Pontiac, and a Dodge Charger at one time. But I always returned to the fold.

Live in El Paso was applying for used vehicle, everything was going great, the vehicle was approved by my bank talking to sales person Ali, I was on my to finish everything and letting him know i was on my way, halfways there he texted me that the vehicle was being sold at the moment and nothing he could.
