Positively the BEST car buying experience ever. Our salesman Shawn was the very best I have ever had. I had gone to some other dealerships in Harris county and was very negative experiences. Shawn was just excellent - not pushy on any decision we made Also when the vehicle arrived shawn was extremely thorough in making sure we understood all the things about the new King Ranch Explorer. Also the discussions about the different programs to help us save future money with maintenance was not pushy at all as we had past bad experiences from other delealerships. Just a distinctive pleasure in this buying experience at Gullo Ford.
